This webshop is intended for an international use. The official language for the legal pages is English.
Our international Staff is available for consulting also in the following languages: German, Dutch, Russian, Italian.

All shipped goods will be covered by a standard insurance. If further coverage is required, it will be at the Purchaser's discretion and cost. We will help arrange further insurance cover if required.
Customer satisfaction is our goal number one. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any purchased product, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, within 14 days of purchase. This applies only to private customers (end users) of the European Community and not to Companies which cannot return the items. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. Shipping charges are in any case non-refundable. The return fees are always paid by the customer
. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition or with opened blister or sealed packages. Special order items or cutted items are also non-returnable. The return policy is appliable only to the private end customers of the European Community.
Product descriptions, typographical, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and generally unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
